- 2 small size Carrots (grated)
- Cashew nuts (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Flour – 2 cup
- Cold Milk
- Raisins – 12 to 14
- Venilla extract – 1 tbsp
- Powder Sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Refined Oil
TIME REQUIRED : Less than 20 mints
At first, washed the carrot properly and pilled, then grated it.
In a big bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, chopped cashew, raisins, and some salt.
Add carrot, vanilla extract, sugar, and milk, and Mix them together, and make the batter smooth. Wait for 20-30 minutes.
