Today I’ll share a perfect breakfast recipe with you, which is Peas Pancake, and you will enjoy these spongy pancakes early in the morning before you get to start your day. - Flour – 3 tbsp
- Peas (blanched) – 1½ cups
- Peanuts(Chopped) – 1 tbsp
- 1 pice(big) Chopped Onion
- Green Chillis(Chopped) – 3 to 4
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped) – ½ cup
- Ginger paste – ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Baking Soda – ½ tsp
- Sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Refined Oil
TIME REQUIRED : Less than 40 mints
In a grinder grinds the green peas and coriander leaves, and then paste smoothly.
In a bowl, transfer the mixture, after that add flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, pepper, and a little water, and mix them gently.
Now take all these ingredients together ( green chili, onion, ginger, nuts, chili flex, and lemon juice), and make a smooth batter.
Heat up some oil in a Tawa, and Pour the batter through the tablespoon into the Tawa. Cook over slow heat for 2-3 minutes. When the batter looks dry on top and starts to browning, then flip the Pancake, and do the same on another side. Now cut out a few slices of it, and Serve hot, with salad and achar.
