Achari Rice


Today I’m going to share with you another experimental recipe. Name of the recipe is “Achari Rice” and it’s very simple recipe and easy to cook. You can try this recipe (Achari-Rice) in your breakfast, basically those who prefer to eat rice in the breakfast. And it’ll take less than 15 mints to prepare.

  • 2 cup boil Rice
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Green Chilli (chopped)
  • ½ cup Carrot (chopped)
  • ½ cup Green Peas
  • ¼ cup Green Beans (chopped)
  • 8 to 10 Kaju/Cashew (chopped)
  • 1 tsp (tea-spoon) Cumin seed
  • 1 tsp (tea-spoon) Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp (table spoons) Mix Achar
  • 2 dry Chilli
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Refined Oil

TIME REQUIRED : Less than 15 minutes



Heat some oil in a pan; add dry chilli & cumin seed and fry 1 to 2 minutes.


Add onion, green chilli, beans, carrot, green peas one by one and add nuts. Now fry 4 to 5 minutes.


Add the rice on it and fry for few minutes then add achar, black pepper, salt & sugar. Mix thoroughly. Now, your dish is ready to serve.

This “Achari Rice” recipe will give you a refreshment taste from your regular rice. You can replacing ingredients with similar ingredients that you like. 🙂
