Today I’m going to share with you Achari Rice. It’s a very simple tangy recipe and easy to cook, and the rice is full of veggies and taste is yummy, so, You can try this Achari-Rice in your breakfast, basically, those who prefer to eat rice at breakfast, and it’ll take 15 mints to prepare. Main things of this recipe you can use anything leftover ingredient, so guys enjoy this Achari Rice!
- Rice(boiled) – 2 cup
- Onion(chopped) – 1 pcs
- Chilli(chopped) – 3 pcs
- Carrot(blunch)(chopped) – ½ cup
- Green Peas(boiled) – ½ cup
- Green Beans(blunch)(chopped) – ¼ cup
- Penuts (chopped) – 2 tsp
- Cumin seed & Muster seed – ½ tsp
- Black Pepper – ½ tsp
- Mix Achar – 1 tbsp
- Dry Chilli – 2 pcs
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Refined Oil
TIME REQUIRED : 15 to 20 minutes
Fry the peanuts in hot oil, and when the color comes light brown, remove from the pan and keep aside.
Add dry chili, cumin seed, and muster seed in the same pan, and fry for a few mins.
When they are crackle adds onion, green chili, beans, carrot, green peas one by one, after that fry the veggies on high flame.
When the color of the veggies become change then add peanut, salt, sugar, and pickle, now mix well and stir constantly and add little water.
Add the rice when the gravy becomes thick, and then mix gently, your dish is ready to serve.
This Achari Rice recipe will give you a refreshment taste from your regular rice, and you can replacing ingredients with similar ingredients that you like. 🙂
