Hi Friends! Is there anyone who doesn’t love “Rasgulla”? I know everyone loves it. Today Rasgulla is my main ingredient and I’m going to show you how you can make this sweet dish so quickly with some innovative way. YES! It’s so easy. And I challenge with all the friends who love Rasgulla and who doesn’t love Rasgulla, both will love it. Name of this sweet dish is “Lovegulla” its combined with Love and Rasgulla.☺

  • 3 to 4 Rasgulla
  • 2 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Mawa
  • 1 cup Rasgulla Syrup
  • ½ tsp (tea-spoon) Cardamom pd.
  • 3 tsp (tea-spoon) Rose water
  • 2 tbsp (table spoons) Caster pd.
  • Kajo
  • Saffron/Kesar

TIME REQUIRED : Less than 10 minutes



Mix the caster pd with ½ cup of milk, then boil it with rest of the milk for 2 to 3 minutes.


Add mawa, rasgullas syrup, kajo & cardamom pd. And cook it another 2 minutes.


Now take a rasgulla and pieces it two equal size. Do the same with the other rasgullas. Then add rasgullas pieces to the hot milk and let it remain 1 to 2 minutes more.


Remove from the flame garnishing with Saffron/Kesar.
Now your “Lovegulla” is ready to serve. Okay! Now tell me isn’t so easy?
