- Sheem(flat beans) – 7 to 8
- Chiken kima/means – 3 tbsp
- Onion finely chopped – 1 pecs
- Garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Besan (Gram flour) – 3 tbsp
- Rice powder – 2 tbsp
- Baking Soda – ½ tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Refine Oil
TIME REQUIRED : 45 minutes
Take some water in a bowl and add Besan, Rice Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, and Black Pepper. Now Mix them gently and make a thick batter, and keep aside.
Heat small oil in a saucepan, add the chopped onions and garlic and sauté till onion are soft and color comes to a change to brown, after that add chicken, salt, green chili, and pepper. cook another few minutes on low flame until the chicken is tender.
Mix in soy sauce & tomato sauce and sauté for a few mins, now the stuffing is ready, Now keep it aside for cooling.
Blanch the flat beans and Drain the excess water and dry it properly. Gently slit along the edge of each flat bean, and forming some kind of pocket, after that Take a stuffing with a spoon and fill up carefully each flat bean pocket.
Heat enough oil in a deep pan, and then Dip the stuffed beans into the batter carefully, one by one and fry until to color come golden. Now it’s the time! Your Stuffed Sheem ready to serve with sauce and salad!
