Soya Pakora

Today I experiment with chunks of soya and it’s called Soya Pakora and I just enjoyed it a lot. Everybody knows that Pakoras is a delicious fried snack very well known in India. In the evening, you can enjoy Soya Pakora with a cup of tea and it would normally be vegetable pakora, or you can add different ingredients such as chicken, fish, paneer, kheema, etc. But this Soya Pakor is a little special and safer, here I used soya and dal only, so everyone can enjoy it without any problem.

Take masoor dal paste in a bowl then add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, ginger paste and garlic paste, now mix these very well.

Next add soya granules, onion and green chilies.

Finaly Mix some besan and lemon juice to make them batter pakora.

Take a saucepan and heat enough oil, once the oil is medium hot, drop the batter filled spoon into the oil and fry until golden crisp.

To remove excess oil, drain the pakoras on an absorbent paper.

Sprinkle the chat masala top of the Soya Pakora, and serve hot with ketchup.

*** If you want to try something different with the Soya then the Soya Achar is another interesting recipe for you. ***
