Cutlet is a known name for everyone, but Rice Cutlet? Yes! It’s something unique, and with the common ingredients that we normally use in our regular cooking, you can do this recipe easily. Rice Cutlet is so delicious, and you can’t imagine that makes a tasty cutlet with leftover. Rice cutlet made with leftover rice and you can add any veggies also, okay! let me tell you how to do it.
- Rice (boiled) – 2 cup
- Besan/Garam flour – 2 tbsp
- Nuts (chopped)- 2 tsp
- Aloo/potato (boiled)- 1 pics
- Onion (chopped) – 1 pics
- Green Chills – 5to6 (chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
- Roasted Cumin seed pd – 1 tsp
- Oregano – ½ tsp
- Raisins(chopped) – 10 to 12
- Sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Enough Refined Oil
TIME REQUIRED : Less than 30 minutes
Bit the egg in a big bowl, and then mashed the rice, and aloo, and mix in it. Add one by one onion, green chili, coriander leaves, oregano, cumin seed powder, besan, nuts, raisins, and mix together.
Sizzling the salt, pepper & sugar, now gently mix all together.
Grease your hand with a small amount of oil and Take a portion of the mixture, shape into a cutlet.
Heat some oil in a pan, and then carefully shallow fry the cutlet both sides till the color comes golden brown. Now your Rice Cutlet is ready, and Serve hot with sauce and salad.
