Cutlet is a known name to everyone. But ‘Rice Cutlet’? Yes! It’s something new. You can do it easily with the common ingredients which we normally use in our regular cooking. It’s healthy and tasty. Okay! let me tell you how to do it.
- 2 cup Rice (boiled)
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Nuts (chopped)
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Flour/ Maida
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 4 to 5 Green Chills (chopped)
- 2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp roasted Cumin seed pd
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 10 to 12 Raisins
- Sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Refined Oil
TIME REQUIRED : Less than 20 minutes
Take a bowl and bit the egg then add boiled rice, mix very well.
Add the flour/maida & milk into it and mix together.
Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seed pd, oregano, nuts one by one. And then add salt & sugar as per taste. Now gently mix altogether.
Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Take a portion of the mixture, shape into a rectangle. Press lightly and place the cutlet in the pan.
Shallow fry till both the sides it until the color comes to golden.
Now your ‘Rice Cutlet‘ is ready. Serve hot with salad.
