The golden, crispy, Chicken Popcorn is one of the hot favorite items. This flavorful snack can be prepared with a little extra effort at home. - Chicken Mince – 200 gm
- 2 Eggs
- 5 to 6 chopped Green Chillies
- 2 medium Onions finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves finely chopped – 2 tbsp
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper – ½ tsp
- Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
- Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds Powder – 1 tsp
- Cornflower – 2 tbsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt (to taste)
- Refined Oil
TIME REQUIRED : Less than 30 minutes
Let ‘s start with the Chicken marination for this recipe, we’ll spend just 10 minutes marinating. Take the chicken in a bowl and add a little lime juice, then leave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of marinating, some ingredients like onion, ginger, green chili, coriander, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, baking powder, cumin seed powder, and salt need to be combined with the chicken. Mix in gently, then marinate for 30 minutes.
Once it’s done, then add egg, cornflour, and combine them all. Then set aside for about 5 mints.
Heat oil in a Pan and drop the chicken bites. Then deep-fry until golden brown comes in colors.
Drain the chicken balls into an absorbent paper. Now, your Chicken Popcorn
