- Rice – 2cup (Use short-grain cold cooked rice)
- Bonless Chicken (boiled) – 1cup
- 1 big size onion(chopped)
- Garlic(minced) – 1tsp
- 1 medium carrot(peeled & diced)
- Capsicum(diced) – 2tbsp
- Dark soy sauce – 2tbsp
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Vinegar – 2tsp
- Vegetable oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
TIME REQUIRED : 10 mins to prepare and 15 mins to cook
Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the chicken with some salt and soya sauce.Remove and set aside. Add Mix in the after that add chicken, and toss well. Cook for a couple of mins.
Add some oil in same pan.Add the onion, cook until they begin to soften.Then add minced garlic and cook for few sec, until fragrant.
Add green chilli,chopped capsicum, carrot & some salt. Cook for a further few minutes, untill veggies are soft.
Now add rice and chicken keep tossing for a few mins. Toss everything together with a spatula, and make sure the rice doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan, now sprinkle some salt and pepper mix it very well.
Pour in the remaining soy sauce and vinegar and toss well. Now! remove it from the heat and serve the Chicken Fried Rice immediately. You can garnish with spring onion or whatever you think it looks awesome.
