Paella is basically made with rice but today we’ll use noodles instead of rice. Vegetable Paella with Noodles is so colorful and healthy because various vegetables are added into it. Vegetables like Cabbage, Carrot, Green Beans and Green Bell Pepper are the main ingredients for this recipe, and the Vegetable Paella with Noodles is a perfect dish for breakfast and it’s very easy to cook.

- Noodles – 1 packaeg
- Potato (thin strips) – 1 pcs
- Cabbage (thinly slice) – 1 cup
- Carrot (thin strips) – ½ cup
- Beans (chopped) – ½ cup
- Green Bell Pepper(chopped) – 1 pcs
- Green Peas – ½ cup
- Onion (chopped) – 2 pcs
- Green Chilies (chopped) – 4 to 5
- Tomato’s (chopped) – 2 pcs
- Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
- Chilli Flex – ½ tsp
- Tomato Puree – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Pepper(Crushed) – ½ tsp
- Pinch of Black Seeds
- Salt (to taste)
- Butter – 2 tbsp
TIME REQUIRED : Less than 30 minutes
Heat some butter in a pan and add a pinch of black seeds, now add onion, green chilies, and garlic, and saute it.
Now add potato, cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, beans, and peas saute for few mins, and after that add tomato puree and mix very well.
Break the noodles and add them to the pan. mix together and add some vegetable stake and salt. Cover the pan and cook for a few mins till the vegetables and noodles are soft.
At last add lemon juice, pepper, and chili flex, mix very well. and your “Vegetable Paella with Noodles” is ready.
Serve hot with Lemon juice. It’s so yummy.
